Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel

If you choose to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made by email to natalie@peakexperiences.co.uk.

Refunds are issued according to the following scheme:

Cancellation more than 28 days before your booked event takes place: 80% refund
Cancellation 14 days to 28 days before your booked event takes place: 50% refund
Cancellation 14 days or less before your booked event takes place: no refund

No credit towards future events in place of a refund is offered.

It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel your booking.

If Peak Experiences has to cancel

Peak Experiences will make every attempt to run an event. If a booking has to be cancelled due to weather-related reasons or illness of the instructor/guide, however, you will get a full refund of your payment.

If the minimum number of 2 participants is not reached 2 days before the event takes place, it will also be cancelled, and you will get a full refund of your payment.

Please bear in mind that cancellations can be on short notice and only a couple of days before the event takes place.

Peak Experiences is not liable for additional costs you may have incurred, such as costs for accommodation or transport.

Personal information provided by you prior to the event

After you have made a booking, you will receive an email with a link to the consent form for participants. You need to submit this form prior to the event. Failure to provide the information you are asked for will lead to exclusion from the event and no refund will be issued.

For insurance purposes, Peak Experiences is obliged to obtain the following information from you (and possible other participants you have booked onto the event) in written form:

Your name
Your date of birth
Your email address & phone number
Your medical conditions, medications you are taking and disabilities that might impact your wellbeing during the event or require sudden treatment
The name and phone number of your emergency contact

This information will only be used for a safe delivery of the event and not be disclosed to any other party.
